Approaches to managing work may differ vastly from agency to agency. Understanding these differences led gbaMS to develop a Work Flow Setup module within the GBA Work Master program. Work Flow Setup allows you to coordinate your agency or department’s unique terminology, functions and procedures. You can associate actions to resulting actions, assign crews to specific resources (employees, equipment, and materials), establish unit costs for resource expenditures, document specific skills (training and certifications) of individual employees and track resources.
