Accomplishing more with less requires planning and budgeting capabilities in addition to maintenance management. GBA Work Master includes a Planning/Budget module that enables you to define your agency’s fiscal year, estimated budget, and asset maintenance tasks within each area of your department. You can track actual costs (labor, materials, etc.) and compare the values to the estimated budget for an up-to-date expenditure analysis. The Planning and Budgeting module links to the Work Order module allowing you to track five levels of expenditures.
