For maintain and controlling system inventory, we designed GBA Warehouse Master™. Using this comprehensive inventory control system, you can accurately track system parts and materials.

A variety of transactions are available to keep inventory up-to-date. The program allows you to transfer parts, adjust inventory costs and quantities, and allocate and reallocate inventory items. Each transaction provides you with a means to organize inventory data.

GBA Warehouse Master includes a straightforward purchase order system to track orders to and from vendors. Vendor part numbers are linked to the part numbers used by your organization, making for an easy translation between vendor purchase orders and inventoried parts.

Integrating GBA Work Master, GBA Warehouse Master and GBA Equipment Master™ (for fleet & equipment inventory) provides a complete cost tracking system flexible enough to meet your organization's varying needs and allows for automated tracking of inventory in addition to fleet and equipment. When a work order is created, the appropriate inventory quantity is automatically reduced. When the work order is completed, the parts used from the vehicle/warehouse reduce the inventory of that vehicle/warehouse.
