You can streamline communications with your customers and employees using GBA Work Master’s Notifications and Routing tools. Notifications provide systematic communication of work request or work order status through email, reports, pop-up messages, and text messages to phones or cell phones.

Notifications can respond to customer work order requests with a thank-you and completed notification and to employees for overdue requests or problems. You can also use Notifications to communicate work order issues including problems, task changes, work order supervisor or lead changes, overdue work orders, and routing.

Routing enables you to develop a work flow process and establish an approval process for each phase of a work order. As each phase of a work order is completed, notifications are sent to the next responsible party.
