GBA Facility Master™ is a comprehensive inventory control system that allows you to store data for inventory and condition assessment regarding building and facility management. GBA Facility Master includes modules for Building, Roof Inventory, Roof Inspection, Floors, Rooms, Furnishings and Warranties.

Buildings and Building Attributes

The Building module defines each building and stores building attributes and assets found within it. This module also allows you to track the condition of the building as well as warranty, contact, construction, and owner information.

Roof Inventory and Inspection

The Roof Inventory module defines the roof on each building and stores roof attributes. The Roof Inspection module enables you to measure the condition of each roof including: supports, penetrations, associated items, flashings, drainage, general observations ratings (moisture under roof, ponding, leaks, etc.), tile and metal, sloped shingle and foam.

Floors, Rooms, and Furnishings

The Floor, Room, and Furnishings modules allow you to define each floor, room, and piece of furniture, its attributes, and the assets located in or on each area. Condition and warranty information is also tracked using these modules.

Coupled with GBA Work Master® and GBA Equipment Master™, the GBA Facility Master program enables you to track building maintenance history and link specific equipment to each building.
