For fleet and equipment asset management, we designed the comprehensive GBA Equipment Master solution. GBA Equipment Master enables you to easily track fleet and equipment inventory including used parts and fluids. You can also perform fleet and equipment comparisons using inspection records, fueling history and hour meter readings.

Equipment Management

The Equipment Inventory module tracks all equipment usage measured by hourmeter or other type of meter. In each record you can store basic information about each piece of equipment such as ID number, operating status, year, make and model. You can even view meter readings and past or current work orders associated with a piece of equipment. This module also enables you to estimate the running cost of the equipment and assess the life span of the equipment based on costs and meter readings. You can also log equipment inspections in the Equipment Inspection module.

Used in conjunction with GBA Work Master®, GBA Equipment Master allows you to automatically generate preventative maintenance work orders for equipment based on recorded usage. The program also tracks the cost of labor and parts to complete the work orders. The parts used can then be linked to the GBA Warehouse Master™ Parts Inventory module which tracks the purchase and quantity of inventory items.
