gbaMS Launches Clients Only Web site

Overland Park , Kan. – Last week, GBA Master Series, Inc., (gbaMS) unveiled the new gbaMS Clients Only Web site at its Annual Conference & Training. The Clients Only Web site will help gbaMS software users request support, access downloads such as patches and upgrades, and post messages to gbaMS staff and other users in discussion forums. Agencies that subscribe to the gbaMS Annual Support & Maintenance program receive access to the Clients Only Web site free of charge.
“We’re in the business of making our clients’ business better,” gbaMS CEO Don Pinkston said. “We introduced the Clients Only Web site because it would allow our users to communicate with us and each other more easily.”
The Clients Only Web site provides clients with a tool called the Help Desk, through which users can conveniently request software support and assistance from the gbaMS Software Support team. The Help Desk also includes a searchable knowledge base, similar to a list of Frequently Asked Questions, as an additional avenue of software support.
The Clients Only Web site discussion forums are divided into application categories and provide an ideal place for users to share ideas regarding all aspects of the GBA Master Series® software. Users can use these forums to discuss general software issues such as reporting and installation, application-specific issues such as GBA Work Master® configuration and program support, and user group items such as annual meetings and networking opportunities.
