gbaMS Announces California User Group Meetings
June 30 , 2005
Overland Park , Kan. – GBA Master Series, Inc. (gbaMS) CEO Don Pinkston and West Region Account Manager Chris Crupi will facilitate the inaugural regional meetings for California users of the GBA Master Series® infrastructure and asset management solutions software in August. The Southern California Regional User Group Meeting will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on August 23 at the offices of the City of Fontana ( 16489 Orange Way), and the Northern California Regional User Group Meeting will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on August 24 at the offices of the City of Folsom ( 50 Natoma St.). The City of Fontana became a client of gbaMS in 2002, and Folsom became a client in 2004.
The meeting agendas will include a review of the newly released GBA Master Series software version 6.71. gbaMS representatives will discuss and answer questions regarding changes and enhancements for the release, which first made its appearance in April. The meetings will also focus on GBA Work Master® and GBA GIS Master®, the latter of which uses geographic information systems (GIS) to enhance management efficiency and system operations.
“The California user group meetings will be an excellent opportunity for users in the same geographic locations to assemble,” Pinkston said. “We can offer our users the insight of how to utilize our software to its fullest potential, and the users can learn from each other’s experiences.”
All GBA Master Series users are invited to attend the meetings; however, the meetings will focus on the Southern and Northern California region users respectively. Registration is required to attend the meetings, and attendance is $20.
